The set is factory decorated with a transfer pattern, a border of dainty flowers in pink, blue and violet, with green leaves and green scrolls. The blank has a lower belly with vertical lines on the lower sides. The finials have two loops, matching the handles, and the finials, handles and spout are trimmed in gold. The lid on the sugar has leaves painted in gold on the dome. There are splashes of gold at the base on the sugar and creamer, but not the teapot. There are no chips, nicks, cracks or crazing. The green underglaze mark is J.P. underscored by L followed by France. The red overglaze factory decorating mark is J. Pouyat Limoges in a circle.
