YOU BUY 8 AND YOU GET 10! Here is a lovely set of eight (8) French, fine porcelain, dinner plates decorated with raised gilded gold designs. The rim has a thick gold band design, then the elaborate, heavily applied, raised gold paste swirled fern design. Another thick raised gold design circles the well of the plates. These truly are elaborate and beautiful creations from France. Condition: some gold wear on the inner rim where the plates were stacked on each other, one plate has a few minor surface scratches on the white area. There are no chips or cracks; manufacturing anomalies may exist, the occasional tiny iron speck, dust 'bump' in the glaze, etc. These beautiful fine porcelain plates with amazing gold designs that wouldpliment any table setting. Two plates have the gold design a little more worn, not bad but not up to the standards of the others. One of these also has a hairline crack. They still would set a beautiful table!!
